No. Regen Med is an independent clinic and does not contract with insurance companies. We believe the insurance-driven system forces rushed, reactive care and limits innovation. By working directly with our patients, we can provide personalized, evidence-based treatments and spend the time needed to get to the root cause of health concerns.

We are a fee-for-service clinic. This means you pay directly for your visits, infusions, and treatments. Pricing is transparent, and all costs are discussed up front, with the exception of laboratory testing. You maintain complete control over your care - no surprise bills, no insurance middlemen.

Yes. While your visits at Regen Med are not billed to insurance, you may still use insurance for prescription medications, standard labs, or imaging ordered outside our clinic. Many of our patients use a hybrid approach.

No. Regen Med is not a replacement for your primary care provider. We do not provide routine urgent care. We recommend maintaining a relationship with a primary care physician for these services.

Yes. Regen Med offers telemedicine for consultations when appropriate. At this time, Dr. Ipe is licensed to see patients all states in the United States via telehealth. Some treatments — like infusions, regenerative procedures, and aesthetics — require an in-clinic visit, but many follow-ups and consultations can be done virtually.

No. We care for both men, women, and some children. While many women see us for hormonal and autoimmune concerns, we also serve men seeking performance, longevity, and regenerative therapies. We provide pre, during, and post chemo care for patients needing to optimize their pre- and post-cancer care and treatment.

We are located on 15300 Kanis Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223. Patients may be seen in person at the clinic or through telemedicine, depending on the service. In-person visits are required for procedures and certain therapies. Telemedicine is available for patients in 42 states, including D.C and Guam.

No memberships are required. Patients may schedule consultations and treatments as needed, or work with us on an ongoing basis to track biomarkers, optimize hormones, or maintain regenerative therapies.
